Overview
First, please understand this device came to market back in the 2010s, the manufacturer stopping to release firmware updates since 2018. The product getting older now, and there are greater chances of security issues with updates to some of the external software working with it (web browsers, communication tools, Java, etc.).
Please note that SMS continues to support these devices, but therefore limited to the latest firmware release, 3.10. Feel free to communicate with our tech support team @ techsupport@storetraffic.com and they can provide recommendations to mitigate risks due to known/detected vulnerabilities.
