How do I rename a device in the Storetraffic app?

To rename a Pearl or 3DScope device in the Storetraffic app, open the device detail screen from your location's device list and use the Rename Device action.
Steps
- Open the Storetraffic app and navigate to the location where the device is installed.
- Tap the Devices icon or select Devices from the location menu to open the device list.

- Tap the edit pencil icon on the device row you want to rename.

- On the Device detail screen, tap Rename Device.
- Enter a new name (up to 50 characters). The name cannot be left empty.
- Tap Save to confirm.
Notes
- Renaming a device requires write access (Initial Free App account or T.M.A.S. Chain and User admin). Read-only accounts do not see the Rename, Configure WiFi, or Delete actions on the device detail screen.
- The device name can be up to 50 characters and cannot be blank.
- Renaming does not affect historical traffic data or reports.
- The updated name appears immediately in the device list and across all reports for that location.
