How do notifications work in the Storetraffic app?
Discover how enable / disable notifications in the Storetraffic app
Table of Contents
The Storetraffic app notification center collects occupancy alerts and bulletins from Storetraffic. Tap the bell icon in the app header to open it.
The bell icon only appears once you have at least one notification.

Types of notifications
- Bulletins — announcements from Storetraffic.
- Alerts — push notifications you received, such as occupancy alerts.
Managing notifications
Unread items show a small indicator. Tap Mark all as read to clear all indicators at once.

Notification preferences
To control which locations send you push alerts, go to Settings → Notifications. Toggle each location on or off. Changes save immediately.
If you've turned a location on but still receive nothing, your phone's OS may be blocking notifications for the app — use the Open Settings shortcut shown in the app to fix this.
Notes
- Occupancy alerts are the primary push notification type currently supported.
- Bulletins are sent by Storetraffic — you cannot opt out of these individually.
- The notification center is in-app only. Push notifications must be enabled at both the app level (Settings → Notifications) and your phone's OS level.
