What does it mean and how to resolve

When trying to view a traffic report from an iOS device (iPhone, iPad ect..) the report hangs at the loading wheel.
- Device may not have any storage space left
- Try freeing up space on your apple device by performing the following;
- Clearing Safari cache and history
- Removing unused apps from the device
- If the above does not resolve the issue, try to following.
- Delete and reinstall the app to the latest version on the Apple Store
- Try to login with your account on another device to determine if the issue is persistent.
