    Overview

    SMS Storetraffic core solutions are people counting technologies, hardware & software with remote training and support.

    Onsite installation is something our customers can handle with their internal IT resources or their usual IT provider.

    However, in a number of cases, some customers do ask for us to handle the onsite installation service for them.

    In this case, SMS Storetraffic leverages a network of specialists who can offer this service to the final customer, exclusively in US & Canada. In other countries, SMS local partners might offer this service too. You can verify this information by writing to our Customer Success team @ success@storetraffic.com.


    Installation assumptions, terms and conditions


    In summary, be mindful of locations which would not fit this description as these will incur extra charges: 

    • My location has high ceilings (12 feet or more)
    • It's a big location! (More than 100 feet from entrance to network point)
    • My ceiling is very well finished and completely closed (very difficult access to pass a cable)
    • My location is far away from a major city (travel fees may be incurred to find a good technician)
    • My location is subject to special rules because... (unions, special access, special labor laws requiring a team of 2 technicians, etc....)
