Past incident - T.M.A.S. and 3D counts 3-29-2024 outage

    4-11-2024 - All systems are functional, stability ensured, this incident is closed. Real-time customers were offered solutions to retrieve missing data.

    4-04-2024 - Same as below, all good, still closely monitoring for any out of the norm behavior

    4-03-2024 - Situation back to normal!! 

    • All 3D counters pushing data as per expected, in real-time for real-time plan subscribers
    • All 3D alerts functional, no false ones anymore
    • T.M.A.S. access with no interruptions

    Though all lights are green, our team remains on close watch to ensure a lasting solution.

    To Real-Time customers - please note our team will communicate with you tomorrow, as data might be missing from Saturday to today, and provided your cameras have compatible settings, counts could be retrieved from these.

     

    4-02-2024 - 3 - No more T.M.A.S. interruptions expected.

    4-02-2024 - 2 - T.M.A.S. access with intermittent interruptions while our team is fixing some elements.

    4-02-2024 - Temporarily, real-time counting as been disabled and cameras are pushing counts every 15 minutes. We are planning to mitigate this by offering a 1-minute refresh time later today. 
    Please rest assured that we will inform you as soon as we can do this and/or restore real-time counting. 
    Affected customers will be compensated for the unavailability of the service. 

    4-01-2024 - 2 - Because of slowdowns, some false alerts could get generated. Please ignore alerts indicating a downtime. Alerts in general could be delayed. Additional actions are being taken tonight.

    4-01-2024 - Our team continues to work on our planned additional fixes, which will resolve the situation completely in the next few days. That said, we believe we can stabilize to a high or perfect level of service in the meantime.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured we're monitoring  24/7, and taking steps whenever necessary.

    3-30-2024 - The SMS team worked on fixing the issue and succeeded for the most part during the night between Saturday and Sunday.

    Since then, data has been uploading again, system is stable the team keeps monitoring slowdowns.

    Monday the 1st of April, all data should be populated back.

    3-29-2024 - Around 11.15am EST, an issue started with 3D scope camera not reporting any more to T.M.A.S. SaaS.
