How to Activate
| Upon login to the T.M.A.S. portal, you will see the following screen. |  |
| Click on “Choose a Plan” |  |
| Select the desired plan |  |
| You will be asked to confirm your Current Corpororate address. You may edit it by unchecking the “Use this address as billing address”. |  |
| Once done, click “Add Credit Card” |  |

Once activated, you will recieve an e-mail confirmation and you can then book your Onboarding session
How to Activate if you are Tax-Exempt and/or Non-Profit
Non-profit organizations will get a 10% discount on SMS online pricing.
To proceed, please email success@storetraffic.com with the following information:
Required Details:
- Amazon Order Reference (if applicable)
- Billing Address (no P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address)
- Company Name
- Valid Phone Number
- Tax-Exempt Form
- You Chosen Plan: Standard, Retail, or Real-Time
- Term-length of Subscription: Monthly, Annual, or 3-Year
Next Steps:
- You will receive a link to add your credit card.
- We’ll activate your T.M.A.S. access within approximately 2 business days.
- You will receive an invoice coming from “administration@storetraffic.com”
- Once activated, you’ll receive an invitation to schedule your free 1-on-1 training session.

Q: Is the Real-Time plan available for PEARL?
A: No, the Real-Time plan is only available for customers with 3D Scope technology.

Q: I have 5 devices under 1 location, how much do I pay?
A: T.M.A.S. subscriptions are not identified per location. You will be billed for the total number of devices that have been added to your T.M.A.S. account.
