How to Activate
- Activate your T.M.A.S. software subscription directly by visiting T.M.A.S. website
- Login with your Mobile App credentials
- Choose the plan and select the number of your devices (pricing per device)
- Once activated, book your Onboarding session
How to Activate if you are Tax-Exempt and/or Non-Profit
Non-profit organizations will get a 10% discount on SMS online pricing.
To proceed, please email success@storetraffic.com with the following information:
Required Details:
- Amazon Order Reference (if applicable)
- Billing Address (no P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address)
- Company Name
- Valid Phone Number
- Tax-Exempt Form
- You Chosen Plan: Standard, Retail, or Real-Time
- Term-length of Subscription: Monthly, Annual, or 3-Year
Next Steps:
- You will receive a link to add your credit card.
- We’ll activate your T.M.A.S. access within approximately 2 business days.

A: No, the Real-Time plan is only available for customers with 3D Scope technology.

A: T.M.A.S. subscriptions are not identified per location. You will be billed for the total number of devices that have been added to your T.M.A.S. account.
Q: Do you have API to extract data?
