TMAS maintenance windows happen weekly, at various times within the same week, typically after 12am EDT. There is usually no downtime, though short interruptions can occur depending on the complexity and scope of that week's changes.
What are maintenance windows?
Maintenance windows are scheduled periods when the Storetraffic team deploys updates, improvements, and fixes to TMAS. They happen every week so new capabilities reach you as soon as they're ready.
You don't need to do anything during a maintenance window.
When do they happen?
- Frequency: Every week
- Times: Various times within the same week; exact timing changes week to week
- Typical start: After 12am EDT (midnight, Eastern Time)
Because the timing varies with the scope of each week's changes, we don't publish exact times in advance.
Will TMAS be down?
- Most weeks: No downtime at all — you likely won't notice anything.
- Some weeks: A short interruption may occur, depending on the complexity and scope of the changes being deployed.
Whenever an interruption is expected, we post a bulletin inside the T.M.A.S. application at least one week in advance — you'll find it at the bottom left of the software. If a maintenance window briefly affects your session — for example, you're logged out — simply log back in. If you experience any issue outside of maintenance hours, contact our support team by email at techsupport@storetraffic.com, or for urgent matters by chat at help.storetraffic.com or within the Storetraffic app / T.M.A.S. application.
