| Q: Can I still use legacy hardware with T.M.A.S. Saas? |
| A: STC & 3D (1st Gen) polling is still working with no plans to stop this service. Irisys, Optex and Vector push is still working as well. Please note however that legacy protocols and firewall port forwarding rules are still needed for this functionality. |

| Q: Is Internet Explorer 11 still supported? |

A: As of December 31, 2024, SMS Storetraffic will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11). This decision aligns with Microsoft's discontinuation of support for IE 11 as of June 15, 2022, and allows us to focus on enhancing user experience through modern browsers that offer superior performance, security, and features. We recommend transitioning to the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari for optimal performance and security.
