How do I view the occupancy report in the Storetraffic app ?

The Storetraffic app occupancy report shows your store's current live headcount as a ring display, including percentage of capacity when a maximum is configured. Tap the Occupancy tab from any report view.

Reading the occupancy ring
	The center shows the current occupancy count. When a maximum occupancy is configured, the ring also shows the percentage and the maximum. Ring color: green under 75%, amber over 75%, red at or above 100%.

Add-on feature: Occupancy is a paid add-on, separate from the advanced / Retail license. If your account doesn't have it, the Occupancy tab won't appear. Contact success@Storetraffic.com to enable it.

Adjusted vs. Non-Adjusted

A toggle at the top switches the reference point: Adjusted (default) — occupancy as of now, including any manual corrections. Non-Adjusted — the raw count measured from midnight.

Adjusting the occupancy count

If the live count drifts from reality (propped-open door, miscount), tap Adjust occupation, type the actual current number of people, and tap Adjust occupation to submit. This overwrites the live count — sensors keep counting on top of the corrected number. It does not change historical traffic data. The Adjust occupation button only appears if your role has occupancy-adjustment permission for that location.

Notes

• Occupancy is Realtime and requires a live connection. Without one you'll see "Occupancy requires a live connection."
• If no max occupancy is configured, only the center count shows (no ring color or percentage).
• Occupancy is not reconstructed from historical traffic — it's live-only. For past days Occupancy reports verify the Occupancy Log report in T.M.A.S.
