The Storetraffic app occupancy report shows your store's current live headcount as a ring display, including percentage of capacity when a maximum is configured. Tap the Occupancy tab from any report view.

Add-on feature: Occupancy is a paid add-on, separate from the advanced / Retail license. If your account doesn't have it, the Occupancy tab won't appear. Contact success@Storetraffic.com to enable it.

If the live count drifts from reality (propped-open door, miscount), tap Adjust occupation, type the actual current number of people, and tap Adjust occupation to submit.

Notes
- Occupancy is Realtime and requires a live connection. Without one you'll see "Occupancy requires a live connection."
- If no max occupancy is configured, only the center count shows (no ring color or percentage).
- Occupancy is not reconstructed from historical traffic — it's live-only. For past days Occupancy reports verify the Occupancy Log report in T.M.A.S.
