How do I exclude children from my occupancy count?

    Overview

    You can customize how occupancy is calculated for each location by choosing which visitor types are included. 

    In Manage Locations, you can include or exclude adults, children, strollers, and staff from the occupancy calculation.

    Procedure

     

    1. In T.M.A.S., select the appropriate location
    2. Expand the “Administration” tab
    3. Select "Manage Locations"
    4. Click “Advanced”
    5. In the “Occupancy Calculation Modes” dropdown, you can choose whether to include or exclude adults, children, strollers, and staff from the occupancy calculation.
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.

    Q: I only want adults to be included in my location's occupancy count. How can I exclude children?
    A: Under Occupancy Calculation Modes, select the option that excludes children from the occupancy calculation, then click Save.
