What does it mean and how to resolve

    When trying to view a traffic report from an iOS device (iPhone, iPad ect..) the report hangs at the loading wheel.


    • Device may not have any storage space left


    • Try freeing up space on your apple device by performing the following;
      • Clearing Safari cache and history
      • Removing unused apps from the device
    • If the above does not resolve the issue, try to following.
      • ┬áDelete and reinstall the app to the latest version on the Apple Store
      • Try to login with your account on another device to determine if the issue is persistent.
