Live Occupancy from your mobile device

The Storetraffic app provides live occupancy monitoring directly from your mobile device using compatible bidirectional traffic counters. No manual clickers or paper logs required.
What You Need
Occupancy monitoring requires all of the following:
- A compatible bidirectional traffic counter installed at your location
- An active Live T.M.A.S. subscription
- Occupancy enabled on your T.M.A.S. account
- Sufficient device coverage to capture all IN and OUT traffic in the monitored area

To enable occupancy, contact your SMS Storetraffic sales representative or email sales@Storetraffic.com.
Viewing Occupancy
The Occupancy tab appears in the Storetraffic app only when all requirements above are met on your T.M.A.S. account.
To view occupancy: navigate to a location and tap the Occupancy tab.

App Occupancy Features
- Current Occupancy — live headcount with a color-coded wheel that changes as you approach the maximum occupancy limit
- Occupancy % and Max Occupancy — max occupancy is set per location from the T.M.A.S. portal (Learn More)
- Adjust Occupancy — manually correct the count directly from the app; adjustments update the last occupancy tailoring time
- Adjusted vs. Unadjusted toggle — switch between the raw count and your adjusted value
- Auto-refresh — count refreshes every 5 seconds; last tailoring time is displayed

Notes
- The Occupancy tab only appears if all subscription and device requirements are met.
- Max occupancy thresholds are managed in T.M.A.S., not the mobile app.
- Manual adjustments affect the tailoring timestamp but do not alter historical traffic data.
