How do I sign in to the StoreTraffic app?

To sign in to the Storetraffic app, enter your username (or the email tied to your account) and your password, then tap Sign in.
Steps
- Open the Storetraffic app. The sign-in screen appears automatically.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Enter your password. Tap the eye icon to show or hide it.
- Tap Sign in. The button brightens once both fields have content.
On success, your Locations list loads. A brand-new account with no company yet sees the first-time walkthrough instead.
Notes
- Both fields are required. Tapping Sign in with an empty field shows an inline error; it clears as soon as you start typing.
- If the button reads "Retry in Xs" and is greyed out, repeated failed attempts triggered a short cooldown — wait for the countdown.
- "Login or Password failed" shows for both a wrong username and a wrong password (same message, for security). Re-check both using the eye icon.
- Your account supports up to 2 simultaneous active sessions. Signing in on a third device automatically logs out the 2 first sessions.
- If nothing happens when you tap Sign in, check your internet connection.
