PEARL Cloud Platform Error Encountered at Final Setup Stage

    OVERVIEW

    When setting up your PEARL device on the Storetraffic app, you might encounter the following error at the last step: Your PEARL people counter is functional but has not communicated with the cloud platform

    Possible Causes

    No connection to internet  The PEARL device might have connected locally to your Wi-Fi network, but a firewall configuration is needed to allow it to pass through and communicate with the internet.
    The PEARL led light blinks 3x Red every 10 seconds

    Troubleshooting Guide

    There is a delay of communication between PEARL and server

    Retry the setup by clicking on “Add New Device” and selecting the MAC address.
