How do I reset my Storetraffic password?

To reset your Storetraffic password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, enter your username or email, and tap Reset Password. A reset link is sent to the email on file for your account.
Steps
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your username.
- Tap Reset Password. The button becomes active once the field has content.


After submitting, you'll see: "If an account with that username exists, a password reset link has been sent to the associated email." Check your inbox (including spam) and follow the link to set a new password. E-mail is sent from notice@smssoftware.net
Notes
- The field is required — submitting it empty shows an inline error.
- The confirmation message is the same whether or not the username matches an account — this is intentional and prevents fishing for valid accounts.
- The reset link is sent to the email on file for that account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact Storetraffic support.
- If no email arrives, check your spam folder and confirm the username matches your account exactly.
- If you can't access the sign-in screen at all, contact your T.M.A.S. administrator.
