Free Storetraffic accounts can view 4 weeks of traffic history. Premium accounts (advanced T.M.A.S. license) can view 52 weeks.
History limits by account type
- Free accounts — 4 weeks of history (including the current week).
- Premium accounts (advanced license, included with T.M.A.S.) — approximately 1 year, 52 weeks.
What happens when you reach the limit
When a free account tries to step past the 4-week window, the app stops navigating and shows the Data History Access notice. This is informational only — upgrading is not done in-app.
Notes
- To unlock 52 weeks of history, you need the advanced license. Contact success@Storetraffic.com
- Once your account is upgraded to premium, older weeks become available the next time a report loads — no action needed in the app.
- Data only exists from the date a device was installed and actively reporting. Navigating to a period before a device was added will show no data for that device regardless of your plan.
