    Overview

    When you log into T.M.A.S., you may see the following alert:

    It looks like no credit card has been set up to pay your subscription(s). Please ensure that one is added so that your account remains in good standing.


     


    Why You’re Seeing This

    This alert will appear on the platform for all active subscriptions without a credit card in T.M.A.S.

     All renewals are processed automatically using the credit card linked to your account.


    How to Fix It

    You can easily add a credit card directly in the T.M.A.S. software. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in this guide.

    Q: Do I absolutely require a credit card for T.M.A.S. billing?
    A: Yes, unless you wish to open a NET30 account, where you need to fill out a form and our finance department will run a credit check.

    Q: I have paid for 1-3 years and still see the notification
    A: Add a credit card directly in T.M.A.S. and our team will write to you before the upcoming renewal and inform you of upcoming charges, and allowing you to update your credit card.
