TMAS: Step-by-Step Guide to Reset Your Password

    The customer is unable to log in to TMAS and requires a password reset. 
    They have no alternative support from colleagues to resolve the issue.

    Procedure

    Here’s how it works:

     

    1. Go to the login page and click the “Forgot” link (see image on the right).
    2. Enter your username: (usually your email address) then click “Submit.”
    3. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    4. Simply follow the link to create a new password.

    Q: What if my account has been locked out?
    A: Please Contact Support 

    Q: What if I don’t receive the password reset email?

    Q: Can SMS set a specific password during the reset process?
    A: No, TMAS generates a temporary link for you to create a new password. 
    You can choose your own password during this process.

    Q : Can my colleagues reset my password for me?
    A : Users who are part of the same chain and possess “Chain and Users Manager” level access can perform password resets. 

    Q: What if I receive an 'Invalid Username' error?
    -A: Ensure that you are entering the correct email address linked to your account.
    - If you’re unsure which email is connected, try any alternate emails you might have used to create your account.
