Important Notes
Why Do My Numbers Look Different?
The most common reason is that you're comparing:
- A location report, which combines all devices at the location.
- A device report, which displays traffic for a single device.
These totals will not match unless only one device is assigned to the location.
Business Hours Matter
Traffic reports are filtered using your configured business hours.
If business hours are incorrect or missing, your reported traffic may not match expectations.
New or Reconnected Devices
A newly installed or recently reconnected device may take up to 2 hours before traffic data begins appearing in reports.
Traffic History Limits
- Free Plan: Up to 4 weeks of historical traffic.
- Premium Plan: Up to 52 weeks of historical traffic.
