Overview
This article describes how to obtain the system log from the camera in the event it may be required for investigative purposes by SMS Storetraffic.com. This article applies to the 1st Generation 3DScope camera only.
- Login to the Camera
- Click Service Tools
- Select Download Syslog tab

Click Download system log files button
- Browse to select a download location
- Click Save

A message will display in camera indicating the save file name, location and if successful.
