OVERVIEW
The SMS Storetraffic app provides you with both hourly and daily traffic reports for any location where there is an SMS traffic counter.
Exact content will differ between Free App customers and T.M.A.S. SaaS software subscribers.

DAILY REPORT:
This report gives you a detailed breakdown of the traffic volume for each day, allowing you to track the number of visitors entering a specific location on a daily basis.
WEEKLY REPORT:
This report shows a summary of the total traffic for the week, enabling you to analyze trends and compare the flow of visitors across different days of the week.
TRAFFIC DETAILS:
A comprehensive view of visitor counts, including peak traffic times, and entry and exit data.
RETAIL EQUATION:
This report provides insights into the relationship between visitor traffic and sales performance, helping you understand how foot traffic correlates with conversion rates, average transaction value, and overall sales trends. It enables you to assess the efficiency of your store layout, promotions, and staff performance, driving informed decisions to optimize profitability and customer experience.

2. Accessing Report Options
A) Press the "Options" icon to the right of your desired location B) Select : Location report(s) |

3. DAILY REPORT A) The Daily Report shows you your total traffic for each day B) To toggle between different weeks, click on the “Forward” or “Back” arrows |

4. HOURLY REPORT
A) The Hourly Report breaks down your total traffic by hour B) To toggle between different days, click on the “Forward” or “Back” arrows

5. View Traffic Details
A) Within the “Hourly Report” tab, press “Vew Traffic Details"

6. Retail Equation B) Input number of transactions using the “+” and “-” buttons C) Input amount of the average sale price using the “+” and “-” buttons D) Average Sales $ amount will be calculated
For users with T.M.A.S. Retail plan with POS integration, this tab will be automatically populated with your POS data. |

FAQ
Q: How much historical data is available?
A: Up to 4 weeks if you are on the FREE APP plan. With a T.M.A.S. subscription, you will get all historical data.
Q: What does the Daily and Hourly Report traffic represent?
A: By default, IN counts are visible only in Daily and Hourly reports.
This can be customized with a T.M.A.S. subscription (more info on count factoring : here).
For directional traffic (IN vs. OUT), choose the Hourly Report and click on Traffic Details (as seen above).
Q: Are reports exportable?
A: Not in the free app. For exportable reports, you will need a T.M.A.S. subscription to access data export (in T.M.A.S).
