How do I create a Storetraffic account?

Create a free StoreTraffic account in the SMS app in two steps, then upgrade to T.M.A.S. for web access, unlimited history, exports and more users.

    To create a free StoreTraffic account, open the SMS StoreTraffic smartphone app and tap Sign up on the sign-in screen. Then complete the two-step form: your personal info first, then your email and password. Your email address becomes your login, and you'll need an internet connection to sign up.

    Step 1: Enter your personal info

    Sign-up step 1 — Personal Info
    1. On the sign-in screen, tap Sign up.
    2. Enter your First name and Last name.
    3. Optional: add your Job title and Phone number. If you add a phone number, it must be valid for the selected country.
    4. Select your Language.
    5. Answer Where did you purchase?
    6. Tap Next.

    If a required field is missing, an error appears under it.

     

    Step 2: Set your email and password

    Sign-up step 2 — Account & Security
    1. Enter your Email address. This is your login.
    2. Enter a Password that has:
      • at least 8 characters
      • one uppercase letter
      • one number
      • one special character: ! @ # $ % ^ & *
    3. Re-enter it in Confirm password.
    4. Tick the Terms & Conditions box.
    5. Tap Sign up.
    6. Check the email address shown, then tap Confirm. Tap Change information instead to go back and edit.

    The app confirms your account was created and returns you to the sign-in screen.

    What do I do after creating my account?

    Sign in to the StoreTraffic app, then set up your company. You need to finish company setup before you can add devices or view reports.

    When should I upgrade to T.M.A.S.?

    The free StoreTraffic app (Lite plan) runs on your smartphone. Upgrade to a paid T.M.A.S. plan if you need any of these:

    • Web access: use T.M.A.S. from a computer
    • Longer history: unlimited historical traffic data
    • Exports: download your traffic data
    • Multiple users: unlimited users on your account
    • More reporting: a dashboard overview, traffic reports, and POS and staff metrics

    Notes

    • The Sign up link is blocked when offline — you need an active internet connection.
    • The two-step progress is shown by a dot indicator at the top of the screen.
    • Phone number is optional, but if entered it must be valid for the selected country.
    • Your email address becomes your login username.
    • After account creation, sign in and complete your company setup before devices or reports are accessible.
