To create a Storetraffic account, tap Sign up on the sign-in screen and complete a two-step form — first your personal info, then your email and password.
Steps
Step 1 — Personal Info

- Tap Sign up at the bottom of the sign-in screen. (Requires an internet connection.)
- Enter your First name and Last name (required).
- Optionally add Job title and Phone number.
- Select your Language and answer Where did you purchase? (required).
- Tap Next. Inline errors appear under any missing required field.

Step 2 — Account & Security

- Enter your Email address — this becomes your login.
- Enter a Password (at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a digit, and a special character:
! @ # $ % ^ & *). A strength meter fills as you type. - Enter Confirm password — must match exactly.
- Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox. Sign-up is blocked until you accept.
- Tap Sign up. A confirmation dialog shows the email you entered — tap Confirm to finish, or Change information to go back.
On success you'll see: "Account created successfully! You can now log in." and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
Notes
- The Sign up link is blocked when offline — you need an active internet connection.
- The two-step progress is shown by a dot indicator at the top of the screen.
- Phone number is optional, but if entered it must be valid for the selected country.
- Your email address becomes your login username.
- After account creation, sign in and complete your company setup before devices or reports are accessible.
