Receiving a Scheduled Report
T.M.A.S. scheduled reports are sent from NOTICE@smssoftware.net. Whitelist this address in your company's email SMTP settings to ensure delivery.
Reviewing, Editing, and Deleting a Scheduled Report
Scheduled reports appear in the Scheduled Reports view of the Analytics Reports section, showing:
- Report Type — the type of report scheduled.
- Location — the location selected for the report.
- Title — default or custom report title.
- Frequency — Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
- User Recipients — the current user or Chain/Region/Store manager selected.
- CC — users in CC who have not unsubscribed.
Click the edit pencil icon to make limited changes to a scheduled report, such as updating the CC'd email addresses.
Unsubscribing from a Scheduled Report
A CC'd recipient can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the report email. This redirects to T.M.A.S. to confirm the email address is removed from the mailing. Alternatively, the user who set up the report can edit it to remove or add CC'd addresses directly.
Notes
- Maximum of 25 scheduled reports per user. Once you reach this limit, T.M.A.S. will not create additional scheduled reports and redirects you back to the report setup page — no error message is displayed. Delete an existing scheduled report to free up a slot before creating a new one.
- Emails are sent from NOTICE@smssoftware.net — this replaced the older address noreply@smsmsoftware.net on August 5, 2025. If you are not receiving reports, confirm your SMTP whitelist reflects the current sender address.
