How do I get started with the SMS Storetraffic App?
Learn how to set up the SMS Storetraffic App, add people counting devices, configure business hours, and access mobile traffic reports from your smartphone.

To get started with the free StoreTraffic app, follow these steps:
- Download it for iPhone or Android.
- Create your account, company and first location.
- Add your PEARL or 3D Scope II people counters.
- Set your business hours.
You can then view daily and hourly foot-traffic reports, live and historical, for up to four weeks.

Step 1: Download the StoreTraffic app

Search for SMS Storetraffic in the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), then install the app. Open it and accept the Terms and Conditions. |

Step 2: Create your account, company and first location
Create these before you add any devices.
Step 3: Add your people counters
Add all devices to the same account, so your traffic data stays in one place. Don't create a new account for each device.

3D Scope II: install it, set it up in the app, then book a calibration.

Removing a device: you can delete a device in the app. This permanently erases its data.
Step 4: Set your business hours
Set business hours so your reports only count the hours each location is open. If you don't set them, the app may treat the location as open 24 hours a day.
Can I use the StoreTraffic app on more than one phone?
Yes. One StoreTraffic login can be signed in on up to 2 devices at the same time. If you sign in on a third device, the oldest session is signed out automatically.
The free app supports a single user login. To give multiple users their own access, upgrade to T.M.A.S.
