The System is unable to log you in at the moment.

To keep your T.M.A.S. subscription active and ensure consistent service, your account must maintain a valid payment method. In situations where a payment cannot be processed—such as an expired credit card or repeated failed transactions—we make several attempts to contact the billing and administrative contacts on your account.

Placing an account in Unpaid status is used only as a last resort, and only after multiple contact attempts have gone unanswered. Our goal is always to resolve payment issues collaboratively and avoid any disruption to your access.

This article explains what happens when an account reaches this status and how it can be resolved quickly.

Who Can Log In When an Account Is not up to date?

If an account enters an unpaid status, access to T.M.A.S. is temporarily limited. During this time, the following users can still sign in:

    Chain and User Managers

    • These roles have the ability to update billing information and restore full account access.
    • Other user roles will be temporarily blocked until payment details are updated.

What Chain & User Managers Will See

When a Chain and User Manager signs in during an unpaid period, they will be taken directly to the Manage Subscription(s) page. From this page, they can update the credit card or payment information on file.

    Example View

Once payment information is updated successfully, the account automatically returns to Active status and access is restored for all users.

What Other User Roles Will See

Users without billing permissions will not be able to sign in while the account is in poor standing. Instead, they will see a message advising them to contact their administrator.

This ensures that the appropriate billing contact is made aware of the issue.

    How to Restore Access

Restoring full access is quick once billing details are updated:

    1. A Chain or User Manager logs in.
    2. They are directed to the Manage Subscription(s) page.
    3. They select Manage Credit Card(s).
    4. A valid payment method is added or updated.

The account immediately returns to Active, restoring access for everyone.
