3DScope - Failed to validate certificate

Unable to login to counter through IE11

    Problem: Receive a "Failed to validate certificate message" When attempting to access the login page for a 1st generation 3DScope counter through IE 11 browser with current java 32-bit installed on the client system.

    Workaround: 

    Delete

    Contact SMS Storetraffic Techsupport

    E-mail techsupport@storetraffic.com for steps on how to update counter through WINSCP to version 3.10.11 and use applet to access counter due to depreciated java support.
